We want you to love your Macaje jewelry. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, simply email contact@macaje.net with your order number. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. Once approved, we'll send you a Return Authorization Number along with the return instructions.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days (up to 30 business days during peak seasons).

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to approved refunds.

  • Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is available for one first-time, full-price purchase per customer. Orders placed using sale prices or promotional codes are not eligible.
