How it works: Email contact@macaje.net with your order number. We'll review your request within 2–3 business days and, if approved, send you a return authorization number and our return address.
Good to know: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a 25% restocking fee applies to all approved refunds. This guarantee covers one claim per customer, on a first-time order at full price (sale and promo-code orders are excluded).
