Commissions clear Shopify's 14-day return window before becoming eligible for payout. Payouts run monthly on the 1st.
How does commission clearing work?
New commissions start as Pending and automatically move to Approved once the 14-day return window passes with no refund — then they're included in the next monthly payout.
Is there a minimum follower count to apply?
No. We review every application individually rather than gating on follower count — being active and genuinely enthusiastic about Macaje matters more than audience size.
Can I use my link and my discount code together?
Yes — attribution checks your discount code first, then your referral link, so either one tracks the sale correctly.
How do tiers and points work?
You earn points on every completed sale. As your points cross each tier's threshold, you move up automatically from Silver through Elite, unlocking more benefits and a higher commission rate at each step.
Do I really get free jewelry?
Yes — ambassadors at our Diamond tier and above receive a monthly product credit for content creation, plus a birthday gift and an anniversary reward at qualifying tiers.
What's the Friends & Family discount?
Every ambassador gets a personal referral link and discount code to share, plus a separate Friends & Family code for the people closest to you.
